Developer: Purchase property in Spain

A sector specialist has advised people to buy property in Spain to take advantage of the market conditions.

Victor Sague, marketing director of developer Taylor Woodrow de Espana, says investing in a home overseas is often a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

"We are seeing a number of people returning to the market, anxious not to miss out on some of the excellent deals that are currently available," he comments.

Mr Sague adds that some property in Spain is currently available at a 35 per cent discount, pointing to accommodation in the Costa del Sol and the Costa Blanca as prime examples.

History will show that people choosing to invest in property in Spain at the present moment profit substantially as a result, the specialist asserts.
