property in DubaiA real estate developer has signed a new infrastructure contract for an upcoming luxury property in
Dubai.
The Al Nasr Contracting Company has made an agreement with the Tiger Woods Dubai to provide building services at the facility.
Abdulla Al Gurg, project director at the development, says quality, integrity and excellence remain central to the construction.
"We are happy to have the commitment of Al Nasr as we proceed toward our goal of becoming one of the most sought after golf destinations in the world," he comments.
The contractor will undertake tunnel boring and build pump stations at the 55 million sq ft project.
When finished, the facility is set to include an 18-hole golf course, with a boutique hotel, spa, restaurant and 292 residences, providing significant opportunities for investors seeking luxury property in Dubai.
Christopher Sims, chief operating officer at sector specialist Gulf Housing, recently claimed that property in Dubai will soon enter a boom period as prices begin to rise again, AME Info reported.
