Dubai property market on the up
Landmark Advisory figures have shown significant signs of improvement within Dubai's property market, with prices stabilising and new developments showing healthy price prospects.
Sales of property in Dubai were at their strongest between June and July when compared to the latter half of 2008. Sales of one and two bedroom properties were shown to be particularly strong and seem to represent a better investment than studios.
According to agents, the emirate is becoming more attractive to those looking to rent, with rent prices decreasing and vacancies increasing.
Demand for commercial property in the region has also boosted the market and Sultan Al Mansouri, the UAE's economy minister, has stated that he believes the country will be in a much stronger position by the end of this year.
