Exclusive French Riviera properties experience a fall in prices

Property prices in the south of France, well recognised for being hugely magnified are having to deflate slightly to gain interest from potential buyers.

Selling an exclusive property in the French Riviera has never been a problem in a wealthy climate however with today's economic downturn in full thrust buyers are looking for better value for their euros.

Research has shown that sales in this exclusive area of France have fallen dramatically over the last year and while many wealthy owners are still considered to be in a comfortable position, and not really being affected too much by the worldwide recession, more than a few vendors are prepared to sell at more realistic prices thus offering better value for money for property hunters in France.
