Florida attracts international property investors
The real estate market in Florida is ready to bounce back according to a recent report.
Heavy losses have affected the USA real estate market, none more so than in Florida where prices have been dropping like stones due to oversupply followed by a wave of foreclosure properties.
Analysts predict that investor confidence will return to the USA real estate market by the middle of the year, by which time prices of residential properties will have bottomed and even start to appreciate.
International investors are in a position to pick up real bargains, in some cases a property bought today would have cost twice as much 5 years ago. With a high level of supply it is a buyer's market and investors can look forward to seeing their speculation just grow in value.
Whether buying a property in the US as a holiday home for personal use and/or to let out, where better than the sunshine state? - every taste catered for - beautiful beaches, great golf courses, terrific theme parks and plenty of sunshine... what more could you ask?
