French mansion most expensie property (almost)
Recent reports in the press reveal that French property has seen resurgence of international buyers perusing the market for investment properties.
One property rumoured to be the second most expensive residential private property currently for sale across the world, is likely to attract interest from only the wealthiest of property speculators as the price tag is an incredible $140 million.
The French property in question was built nearly a century ago and dates back to 1912 when it was built for the Duchesse De Montmorency. The 12 bedroomed mansion is situated on the world famous Avenue Foch in Paris and neighbouring estates belong to both the Rothschild and Onassis families.
