High times coming for Dubai
Property in Dubai is becoming increasingly attractive to UK investors, according to Select Properties director, Giles Beswick.
Apparently real estate in the UAE, in particular Dubai, now represents an attractive proposal for investors as the euro maintains its grip over sterling.
This coincides with the news that market prices in Dubai have increased by 7% in the third quarter of 2009. UK driven tourism to the emirate is also on the increase as a popular winter time destination. All of which may be leading some industry experts to believe that Dubai may be about to experience a surge in investment.
An impressive global image of Dubai will soon be reinforced as The Burj Tower, the icon set amidst the galactic Downtown Burj Dubai area, is due to be opened on 4th January 2010.
Market growth is going to be slow throughout the UAE as focus is now on supply and demand. But with the world press soon to be focused on the world’s tallest building, it isn’t hard for investors of today to imagine the heights of their returns in the future.
