'Loads' of bargain property in Spain available

People looking to buy an overseas home may wish to turn to property in
Spain, as the country currently has more bargains than any other nation, according to a sector expert.
Taylor Woodrow, a
UK developer which has been building property in Spain for over 50 years, said many potential investors have been holding out until prices are at their lowest, but added this may now be the case.
The firm advised prospective buyers to look at distressed property in Spain, which is often far less expensive but equally as luxurious as other homes in the country.
According to the company, bargains can currently be had on hundreds of homes throughout the nation, ranging from villas to apartments, with second-hand homes also an attractive option.
Paul Bradley, a spokesperson for the Spanish Property Owners Guild, recently advised people looking to buy
a property in Spain that they should avoid timeshare homes.
