London property market set to sizzle over the summer
According to several leading sources the London property market will continue to enjoy high levels of sales during the summer months.
Spring is traditionally a time of increased sales activity throughout the UK property market but not so this year with Easter falling later than usual and an abundance of Bank Holidays falling in quick succession due to the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton the number of property sales was lower than expected.
With this in mind many prospective house hunters are still actively searching for the home of their dreams and the next three months are expected to be a busy time for the country’s estate agents, especially throughout the central London property market where buyer demand is said to be close to record highs and the amount of residential property up for grabs is said to be half of the amount available during the same period last year as a result property prices are expected to increase yet again.
