Miami home sales continue to improve

For the seventh successive month house prices across Miami increased during last month according to the Miami Association of Realtors.
Strong demand for local properties has helped to push dwelling prices way above levels of a year ago. Average sale prices of condominiums across Miami-Dade County have reached around $160,000 this is more than a third higher than a year ago. A five per cent increase in the cost of single family homes has been registered during the last twelve months.
As well as local interest in this sector of the USA real estate market international buyers feature widely in the recovery of the Miami home markets. The speed of recovery has surprised many experts and no other region of the USA real estate markets has come close to the success experienced throughout Miami.
Local realtors believe sales would increase further still if lenders relaxed tight lending standards as financing remains elusive for many qualified buyers.
