Miami home sales continue to improve

For the seventh successive month house prices across Miami increased during last month according to the Miami Association of Realtors. Strong demand for local properties has helped to push dwelling prices way above levels of a year ago. Average sale prices of condominiums across Miami-Dade County have reached around $160,000 this is more than a third higher than a year ago. A five per cent increase in the cost of single family homes has been registered during the last twelve months.
