Now is a good time to buy a property in Spain, expert states

Those looking at
property to buy in Spain should do so now if they can afford it, an expert asserts.
Richard Way, editor of A Place in the Sun magazine, claims the Eurozone's housing market is close to bottoming out.
He states that those taking a mid to long-term view will likely be okay if they buy
a property in Spain.
Emphasising the availability of good opportunities throughout this area, he says buying with a mortgage in euros will minimise this difference.
Mr Way adds: "The days of buying off-plan and turning it over for a quick profit are gone and certainly for the time being, it is not that kind of market. It's over."
He recommends those looking at property to buy in
Spain stick to key principles of good infrastructure, rental potential and accessibility.
A recent survey by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors found that house prices across Europe either remained static or fell during the last twelve months.
