People visiting property in Spain 'must prepare'

Those who are planning to visit property in
Spain are being advised to be well prepared before they go to ensure their trip is as enjoyable as possible.
As the country is by far the most popular overseas destination for
UK residents, there are thousands of people who will be affected by the advice, which has been issued by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
According to the organisation, anybody who is planning to buy
a property in Spain or stay there should familiarise themselves with local customs and be aware of any restrictions in place.
In addition, the authority stated that people should always have adequate insurance to deal with any accidents or incidents which takes place.
Foreign Office minister Chris Bryant commented: "The message is clear - have a great time while you're away, but make the necessary preparations before you go."
Taylor Woodrow, a UK developer which has been building property in Spain for over 50 years, recently said that many potential investors in property in Spain have been holding out until prices are at their lowest, adding that this may now be the case.
