Property in Bulgaria 'may be more affordable than thought'

People considering moving to property in
Bulgaria may find that property there is more affordable than they thought, according to an expert.
Nick Marr, chief executive of Homesgofast.com, says a recent Mercer survey which revealed that house prices are declining in many overseas nations offers hope for those looking for a place in the sun.
"The survey is great for expats who may have been put off by the global slowdown in reassuring them that the place of their dreams may still in fact be more affordable than they thought," he explains.
After a recent Currency Index report also showed that the average cost of a mortgage for
a property in Bulgaria has decreased by 54.3 per cent, the specialist says that those moving abroad should be "reassured".
Mr Marr concludes that anyone that has put on hold a move from the
UK to a place overseas may now wish to restart their plans to relocate.
