Industry experts in the
United Arab Emirates (UAE) are claiming the housing market will need an influx of experts soon as
property in Dubai recovers.
Macdonald and Company said that as the cost of
real estate in the UAE begins to increase again, specialists will need to be present to manage the influx of buyers and expats descending on the area.
William Buck, international director at the firm, said top talent will always be needed in the market, with recruitment activity expected to increase in the coming months.
"As we predicted this time last year, we are seeing new skill sets coming into the market as well. In global terms, the Middle East is a very progressive region economically," he commented.
Ian Albert, regional director at real estate specialist Colliers, recently told Reuters that the industry will begin to see growth by the end of the year, which may be of interest to potential investors.
