Real estate project in the UAE sells out

A real estate project in the
United Arab Emirates (UAE) has sold out its first allocation of property.
Developer Sweet Homes has confirmed that all of the apartments in two towers currently named A3 and B4 have been snapped up by eager investors.
Fahad Sattar Dero, chief executive officer of the Sweet Homes Group, says the project marks the company's first venture into
real estate in the UAE.
"We are proud of the sales success of these two towers and we are looking forward to its delivery very soon," he comments.
Mr Dero believes that the initiative, which will be part of an overall nine-tower complex called the Al Khor Towers, offers customers the opportunity to "find their ideal property investments".
Ahead of the forthcoming property exhibition Cityscape
Abu Dhabi 2009, exhibition director Mark Goodchild revealed that the UAE is "one of the most talked about real estate markets in the world".
