SA real estate offers great returns
Residentail properties for sale in South Africa have consistently outperformed every other global market during the last thirteen years according to the well respected Economist magazine.
According to the most recent house price index from the Economist house prices in South Africa have grown by more than 450 per cent during this time period in second and third place were Australian real estate up 211 per cent and Irish property at 187 per cent.
As well as the huge margins in residential property in the country South African commercial real estate values appreciated by almost 9 per cent last year and was the highest resturn of the 11 countries around the globe featured in the survey.
As a result commentators agree that residents that have bought property in South Africa during the last decade have generally ended up with a positive investment.
