Kensington Palace Gardens, West London is the most expensive address throughout the UK property market according to a recent study.

This street comprising of individual and spetacular mansion properties shows an average cost of more than £19million. Within the sights of Kensington Palace mega wealthy owners include foreign royal families, world famous business leaders and tycoons from around the globe.

Properties here are more than 90 times the cost of the average UK property - currently at £205,980.

The second most expensive street in the land, again to be found within the London property arena is The Boltons also within the district of Kensington with an average house value of just over £13million.

According to the information from Zoopla the UK has 5,922 streets where the average property is valued at or above £1m.
