Theme park inspires Spanish property developers
The prospect of a massive theme park ear-marked for development in the Murcia district of Spain has possibly prompted two leading Spanish developers to announce their plans to construct hundreds of properties in the same district.
The well publicised theme park courtesy of Paramount Pictures promises to be the largest type of attraction in Europe and is expected to create employment for around 20,000 workers and is expected to attract millions of visitors annually.
The first developer, One Lake Argos plans 500 ultra modern detached homes while Polaris World seems to have overcome their financial difficulties to promise 400 new units.
Local agents have expressed their surprise at the size of the planned development at a time when the country has such a large stock of unsold properties just waiting for the right buyer to come along.
