Travel to property in Bulgaria 'set to increase'

The number of people travelling to stay in property in
Bulgaria is set to increase, according to the latest statistics.
Figures released by ABTA - the Travel Association show that members have reporting rises in business of up to 40 per cent as people increasingly seek to travel to stay in a place in the sun, such as property in Bulgaria.
In addition, travel operator Thomson said that because people had put off booking early for the summer, there are still bargains to be had on many destinations.
Egor Bondarev, marketing director at OrangeSmile.com, said many individuals are arranging to travel to stay in property in Bulgaria through online means.
"[These are] cheaper rates, there is no need to get up from the sofa and go to a travel agency, there is a much wider choice than at a travel agency and there is no need to make fast decisions, as is often the case in travel shops," he explained.
