UK moving to improve
With the general election less than a week away the newspapers are full of election promises from each of the three main parties hoping to win the vote of the British public.
There is a lot of concern among experts from the UK property world of business how the result of the election will affect the recently increased activity levels. This concern does not appear to have had the same effect on British home owners who appear to be going ahead with plans to move regardless of the looming possible change of government.
Record numbers of UK property owners are deciding to put their homes up for sale while taking advantage of the low interest rates available on UK mortgages.
A recent survey suggest that after the last two years of financial hardship the great British public are confident that the economic outlook is positive and many UK homeowners are looking to home improvements in an effort to increase the value of their properties with an outlook to sell later in the year and with this in mind DIY stores can look forward to a busy weekend this Bank holiday.
