US house prices building

USA real estate specialists welcome the news that home prices across the country increased by more than 1 per cent during April when compared to the same month year ago.
The data supplied by Corelogic shows the April results to be the second month in a row to register a month on month increase. The data includes distressed sales.
Many industry professionals believe that consistent levels of sales in the last couple of months is indicative of the growing strength of recovery on a national level of the USA real estate market. Optimism and confidence is beginning to return to both buyers and sellers alike.
Recent reports suggest millions of USA real estate owners are trapped in homes seeped in negative equity and will have to wait many years for prices to return to levels seen before the financial crisis hit.
On the whole the majority of industry commentators agree that full recovery is still several years hence and are careful not to downplay the need for the American home mortgage market to play their part in improving the availability of home loan agreements for the first time buyers market in an effort to get home owners moving up the property ladder
