US real estate prices on the way up
More positive statistics have emerged concerning the USA real estate recovery according to the National Association of Realtors house prices are continuing to inch higher and sales of existing homes are above levels reached a year ago.
Experts understand that sustained signs of recovery are evident across all regions of the USA real estate market and encompass all types of residence.
In the last couple of year huge numbers of real estate investors from both the US and across the globe have taken advantage of rock bottom real estate prices but now agents are noticing increasing numbers of local residents joining the ranks of owner occupiers. Total stocks of foreclosure properties are beginning to diminish which is helping to push home values upwards.
Economists are rather conservative in their forecasts for the remaining months of 2012 but expect price gains to equal a 2 per cent improvement by year end and anticipate an increase in sales activity.
