Referral Setup
The site generates referrals (enquiries) for you through both the Real Estate Business Directory and the Keep Me Posted facility. In order for the site to determine which referrals to send you it needs to know what category of real estate you handle and in which area.
You therefore need to set your 'Referral Categories' and 'Referral Areas' - without them you will only receive specific enquiries on your individual properties. If you do not complete the Referral Setup you will not receive enquiries from visitors sending their requiriements to agents and you will not appear in the Directory.

Setting Referral Categories Tick the boxes next to the types of real estate you handle. Residential Sales, Lettings, Commercial Sales, Lettings, Vacation Rentals - you can tick as many as you wish. Once ticked a 'Minimum' price box will appear. This is for you to tell the site NOT to send you referrals from people who are not able to spend at least your minimum amount.
Setting Referral Areas To make sure you only get referrals for the areas you deal with you must set the referral areas. Select a Country, select a Region, select a Location. If your region or location is not listed, click the Region Not Listed button or the Location Not Listed button and enter it in the box provided. Having selected a Region you may select 'All Locations' from the Location list. This saves you selecting all the towns and villages individually. When you have selected a Location, click the 'Add Referral Area' button. Repeat this exercise for other Countries/Regions/Locations you deal with. You can see the results of your selections in the red box below the selector.
Remember, if you do not complete Referral Setup you will not receive enquiries from visitors
sending their requiriements to agents and you will not appear in the Directory.
